Airds / St. Andrews Anglican

St Andrew’s is a community hub in Airds and Newbrook

For half a century St Andrew’s has been a loving and welcoming community in Airds and this continues on today…

Before the Service

Whenever you arrive you will be greeted with a warm smile. Come early for a chat while the kids play, or on time to find a seat and meet someone before the service starts.

During the Service

While each of our services has a slightly different style, they all share the same key elements. At each service we hear the bible read, we sing together with musicians to guide us, we listen as someone leads us in prayer to God bringing our requests and praise to him, and we hear someone explain why God’s Word in the Bible is relevant for us this very day.

After the Service

Our morning tea is a local highlight, so we’d love you to stay after the service for a cuppa and a sweet treat. You’ll also be able to catch up with other people and make new friends while the kids play.

Every Sunday at 9:30am

St. Andrew Anglican Church

1 Riverside Drive, Airds

Our 9:30am contemporary service is for adults of all ages, kids and youth. There’ll be a band with singers to lead the music and the screens will have everything you need to follow along in the other parts of the church gathering.

Kids are welcome to stay with you during the service or join in our age appropriate programs.

Your questions...

If you arrive early there’ll be plenty of space in the church car park off Ravensworth Place. Otherwise there is parking on the street just outside the church doors.

The formal part of church goes for around an hour and then the morning tea goes for as long as you want to stay!

Wear whatever you normally wear! Most people dress comfortably and casually. A few people dress more formally and that’s perfectly fine too. So, it’s much the same as what you’d see at the Airds shops, Campbelltown Mall or Macarthur Square.

There is no expectation of our visitors to do anything! You don’t even have to sing with the crowd if you don’t want to. It is the privilege and pleasure of our members to make church happen – so come along and check us out with no fear of having to do something.

We have a kids program providing age appropriate content to all the ages and stages. We have well trained leaders who know who to teach at the level your child is at. When you arrive, just ask someone at the door about what is available for your child.

Our church is full of people who would never describe themselves as religious! Many of our members started out just visiting churches and looking to find out more about what Jesus offers. So, you’ll fit right in!
